Mark Carney, Bank of Canada governor, tells banks to stop accusing others of bad behaviour
Mark Carney, governor of the Bank of Canada, has told banks to stop pointing fingers at each other and accept that global reforms are designed to affect them all.
Speaking at the Institute of International Finance's (IIF) meeting in Washington, DC, on September 25, during the International Monetary Fund's annual general meeting, Carney said: "Authorities are increasingly hearing concerns about the pitch of the playing field for Basel III implementation.
