Fleming promoted to oversee RBC expansion

RBC Capital Markets has appointed Blair Fleming as head of US investment banking to help expand the firm’s business outside Canada. He has been at the firm for more than 20 years and was most recently head of global syndicated and leveraged finance, and global infrastructure.
