For investors, the most far-reaching effect of the war in Ukraine may be the threat of sanctions in future conflicts, says Aaron Brown, one of the best-known figures in risk management and a former chief risk officer at AQR Capital Management.
“The long-term effect of the war – the bigger effect for most investors – is going to be changes to the international financial system due to the sanctions,” says Brown in an interview with Risk.net.
