Terence Chapman Group Launches TCA Syntec Middleware Subsidiary
Terence Chapman Group, the London-based financial systems company, has announced a re-organisation of its consultancy and software businesses.
The group will now consist of three subsidiaries - TCA Consulting, TCA Synergo and the newly launched TCA Syntec. Prior to the change, TCA Consulting was known as Terence Chapman Associates.
TCA Synergo and TCA Syntec are the new names for two divisions of Synergo Technologies, which was acquired by the Terence Chapman Group 18 months ago.
