Fears are growing that Brexit tensions between the European Union and the UK will sway an upcoming review of the UK’s cross-border access rules.

“At some stage, UK authorities are going to review the overseas persons exclusion, especially as EU authorities tend to restrict the way you can do business in the EU from outside the EU,” says a regulatory affairs specialist at an EU bank. “The way we do business in the UK may change.”
