NASD releases bond price data in real time

The National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) has announced a “significant innovation” designed to give retail investors a more transparent view of bond prices. In early February, the NASD implemented real-time dissemination of transaction and price data for 99% of corporate bond trades through its platform Trace, the Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine.
