● JP Morgan has appointed Hans Janssens as the head of treasury and securities services (TSS) in Japan, a newly created position.

Janssens, who most recently spent four years as chief financial officer (CFO) for JP Morgan in Japan, will be responsible for the financial performance of TSS Japan. Based in Tokyo, he will report regionally to JP Morgan's TSS chief executive for Asia Pacific, Thomas DuCharme, who joined the US bank in June 2010 and is based in Hong Kong.
