State Street adds product specialists in London

State Street Global Advisors, the Boston-based investment management arm of State Street Corporation, has announced five additions to its European product engineering team in London.

Philip Barleggs has been appointed vice-president in the global fixed income team. He will be responsible for product development and coverage of SSgA's global fixed income strategies in the EMEA region. Barleggs joins from UK investment manager Insight Investment, where he headed a team of fixed income product
