BoA loses Sandelman

The latest in a string of senior Wall Street executives to resign in favor of joining or starting a hedge fund is Jon Sandelman, ex-global head of debt and equities at Bank of America. In all, Sandelman spent six years with BoA and was the architect of the firm’s convertible debt business.

Sandelman is the second top executive to leave the firm since BoA started a reshuffle of its corporate and investment banking group in the spring. In March, Alvaro de Molina, who had been corporate treasurer
