Ramseyer-Torres named DrKW deputy head of equities

Roselly Ramseyer-Torres, who has been steadily building up Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein’s (DrKW) equity derivatives capability, has climbed another rung in the German investment bank’s corporate ladder by being named deputy head of global equities.

She will take on regional responsibility for DrKW’s equities operations, products and services in London in addition to her current role as head of the bank’s global equity derivatives business.

Ramseyer-Torres will continue to report into Martin Korbmacher, DrKW global head of equities, and a DrKW spokesman said the promotion should not be interpreted as part of any imminent succession plan.

Prior to joined DrKW, Ramseyer-Torres held a number of positions at Harvard Asset Management, Merrill Lynch and Banker’s Trust.
