BMA warns against sweeping changes to credit research

Micah Green, the president of the Bond Markets Association, has warned credit market participants of the dangers of sitting on the fence while regulators and policy makers try to restore confidence in sell-side analysis through regulation.

Speaking at Credit magazine’s Credit Congress in June in London, Green warned that credit analysts were being tarred with the same brush as equity analysts in the eyes of regulators.
