The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in January proposed banning qualified foreign institutional investors (QFIIs) from issuing derivatives offshore using their special quota to invest in China’s first stock index futures. reminder there is still a lot of work to do to meet the expectations of investors in the A-share, exchange-traded fund (ETF) segment of the $13.19 billion total ETF assets
