Lowe flies flag for greater integration

The drive towards a single European energy market should be accelerated and a strong, pan-European regulator ought to be placed at its centre, asserted Philip Lowe, the former director general for energy at the European Commission (EC), in a keynote speech to a conference in Brussels today.
