Russia's Lukoil is the second largest private oil company in the world in terms of proved reserves, after Russian major Rosneft. With estimated reserves of 20,360 million barrels of oil equivalent, Lukoil dominates Russia's oil sector, representing 19% of the country's oil production and 18% of its refining.
