Following his selection as acting chairman at the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Chris Giancarlo has appointed Amir Zaidi to lead the Division of Market Oversight (DMO). Zaidi joined the commission in 2010, where he has served in a number of roles, most recently as legal counsel and policy adviser in the Office of Commissioner Giancarlo since August 2014.
