Atanas Mihov teaches and conducts research at the University of Kansas (KU) School of Business. Before joining KU in 2020, he spent six years as a financial economist in the Quantitative Supervision & Research group of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Mihov has expertise in operational risk quantification, measurement and modeling. His research has been published in leading academic journals.
