European market neutral fund for Aspect

Aspect Capital launched the Aspect European Market Neutral Fund on April 1 2001. Richard Clarke, head of equities at Aspect said that he hoped the fund would launch with between $25-50m in seed capital, which has come partly from existing investors. The fund will focus on the top 500 European stocks. The fund is sector neutral as well as market neutral, and can invest across all sectors.
