Zurich Capital Markets has appointed Stephen Sinacore as chief executive officer. Previously, Sinacore was managing director of Greenwich Capital Markets in London where he was responsible for fixed income business in Europe and derivatives activity globally.

Morley Fund Management

Morley Fund Management has hired Philip Manduca from Dexia SA to run a new hedge fund. Morley's alternative asset management arm currently has E3.2bn under management
