UK equities are focus of two long/short Old Mutual funds
funds will be managed by richard moore and ashton bradbury
Old Mutual Fund Managers has launched two long/short equity funds focusing on the UK equity markets, a large-cap portfolio and a UK specialist fund.
Richard Moore is to manage the UK large-cap fund while Ashton Bradbury will run the UK specialist fund, which will focus on companies outside the FTSE 100 index.
Both Moore and Bradbury believe long-term success in returns comes from employing a flexible approach to investment as no single rigid style can accommodate all stages of the business
