Guetter was hired from Merrill Lynch where he has co-head of EMEA strategic solutions covering financials, corporates and the public sector. Earlier he was head of debt markets for Germany and Austria. At Dresdner Kleinwort, Guetter will report to Jens-Peter Neumann, head of capital markets and will be based in London.
