Royal Bank of Canada has appointed Li Li Seah as a vice-president for group risk management in its wealth management emerging markets business team. Seah will also join RBC’s wealth management emerging markets operating committee. Based in Singapore, Seah will report to Susan Heard, global head of risk management for RBC Wealth Management. She will also work closely with Barend Janssens, head of emerging markets for RBC Wealth Management. Seah joins from RBS Coutts Asia where she was regional
