Paul Chow will join as a partner in Linklaters' Greater China practice in Hong Kong on April 18 from rival law firm Slaughter and May, where he was also a partner. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, Chow is experienced in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He will be working with Zili Shao, Celia Lam and Betty Yap and their team. This move follows Linklaters' recent hire of Chin-Chong Liew from Allen & Overy in January.
