BGC pounces in Hong Kong

BGC Partners, the broking arm of Cantor Fitzgerald, has continued its campaign of aggressive expansion in the Asia-Pacific region by snatching more than 30 Hong Kong-based brokers from rival Icap. The migrant workers walked out of Icap in late March, after handing in their resignations via legal representatives.

“BGC is delighted that it has been able to attract these talented individuals to join our team in Hong Kong,” says a BGC spokesperson.
