Risk Committee meets to raise reporting standards

Managers, insurers and institutional investors reach a consesus agreement on information requirements

A standard method of reporting fund positions and risk is being developed and a consensus agreement has been reached by the Investment Risk Committee (IRC), a committee of the International Association of Financial Engineers.

At a private meeting in Amsterdam last month, managers, insurance companies and institutional investors came to a general consensus on reporting requirements to fund of fund managers.
