Marcel Rohner has been named chief operating officer at UBS, and has been replaced as chairman and CEO of wealth management and business banking by Raoul Weil. Rohner, who has been a member of the group executive board since 2002 and was named deputy group CEO in January 2006, takes over from Peter Wuffli. Weil is a member of the group executive board and currently head of Wealth Management International.
