RUSAL, ROSATOM sign MOU

RUSAL, the world's third largest aluminium producer, and Russia's Federal Atomic Energy Agency (ROSATOM) have signed a memorandum of cooperation outlining their intention to develop and construct aluminium and energy producing facilities.
