Amerex becomes energy consultant for KBS
Brokerage firm Amerex Retail Energy Services has contracted to provide energy management services to KBS Realty Advisors in Houston. With the recent rise in energy costs, KBS wanted to minimize price risk and develop a competitive advantage through better energy management.
